Chennai, Jan. 8 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) today evening saidthe pre-launch checks are in progress for the PSLV-C62 / EOS-N1 Mission Earth ObservationSatellite and 14 other co-passenger satellites to be launched on January 12 from the spaceportof Sriharikota.
The integration of the vehicle and satellites has been completed and pre-launch checks arein progress.
The PSLV-C62 mission is proposed to lift-off on January 12, 2026 at 1017 hrs, from the FirstLaunch Pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.
The 44.4 metre tall PSLV with a lift off mass of 260 tonnes, is a four stage vehicle powered bysolid and liquid propellants and is the versatile, most relaible and workhorse launch vehicle ofISRO.
