Hyderabad, Jan. 4 -- The Controlling Authority under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA) for Telangana has issued a public notice warning private security agencies operating without a valid licence, following the detection of serious violations linked to a criminal case.
According to the notice, two security guards - Ranjith Pandey alias Ranjith Rai and Rithesh Kumar Ray alias Ritesh Rai - were found to be involved in a murder case registered at Gajwel Police Station.
The guards were employed by M/s Sampada Industrial Security Agency, Quthubullapur, Medchal-Malkajgiri. Enquiries revealed that the agency was functioning without a valid PSARA licence issued by the state Controlling Authority.
