Sangli, Sept. 27 -- State Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil today instructed that citizens of the Sangli Miraj Kupwad Municipal Corporation (SMKMC) area should be provided with clean and regular water supply, proper sewage management, good-quality roads, and other essential civic facilities on a priority basis.
