Buldhana, Dec. 16 -- A 19-year-old medical student died in a road accident today near Dongarshewli village in Maharashtra's Buldhana district, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Rituja Ganesh Savale, a resident of Dongarshewli in Chikhli taluka. She was a first-year student at Rajshri Shahu Maharaj Ayurved College, Buldhana.
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred when Rituja was travelling to her college on a two-wheeler. While riding alongside an ST bus, her vehicle collided with another two-wheeler coming from the opposite direction. In the impact, she lost balance and her head struck the bus, causing her to fall on the road and sustain serious injuries.
