Ranchi, Dec. 6 -- The Ranchi district administration has issued prohibitory orders within a 200-metre radius of four CLAT-2026 examination centres to ensure a fair and peaceful conduct of the test scheduled for December 7.
The order will remain effective from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of the examination.
Officials stated that the restrictions have been imposed to maintain law and order and prevent any disturbance near the exam centres. Additional magistrates and police personnel have been deployed to ensure a malpractice-free environment.
The administration noted that there is a possibility of antisocial elements gathering near the centres, which prompted the implementation of Section 163 of the BNSS.
