Imphal, March 17 -- A man was allegedly assaulted by suspected militants on Sunday night at Churachandpur district headquarters.
To protest the assault miscreants pelted stones and blocked roads.
Prohibitory orders were imposed to control the situation.
The situation was tense as protestors blocked roads by burning wood, tyres.
