Lucknow, April 25 -- The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has fully digitised the process for increasing electric load in its commitment to prioritising consumer ease, official sources said here on Friday.
Chairman of UPPCL Dr. Ashish Kumar Goyal made this announcement during a review meeting at Shakti Bhawan. This digital transformation is set to streamline the process, making it faster and more efficient for consumers.
Sources said that the new online system will officially roll out on 1 May, with a dedicated portal that will soon be available at www.uppcl.org and the 'Jhatpat' portal.
