Bengaluru, Oct. 15 -- Congress leader Priyank Kharge today said that his fight is against the philosophy of hate, not individual perpetrators, and stressed that any response must be legal and constitutional.
Kharge, who has faced numerous abusive calls in recent days, said, "I can file hundreds of complaints. They may pick up 100 people.
