Los Angeles, Feb. 17 -- US-based Red Bison Productions has teamed up with Mumbai's Azure Entertainment for a cross-border feature film, marking Azure Entertainment's first foray into Hollywood collaborations, Variety reports.
The untitled project, written and directed by Harsh Mahadeshwar, tells the true story of an immigrant family navigating cultural identity and belonging in America. Indian National Film Award-winning actor Priya Mani (Paruthiveeran, The Family Man) and Mohit Raina (The Freelancer) are set to lead the cast.
Principal photography is slated to begin in April, with filming locations spanning New York and New Jersey in the U.S., and Delhi and Jammu-Kashmir in India.
