Hyderabad, Jan. 8 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed that greater priority be given to girls in the first phase of the Young India Integrated Residential Schools (YIIRS) project, while ensuring that one residential school each for boys and girls is completed in every Assembly constituency within the next three years.
Reviewing the Education Department at the State Secretariat on Thursday evening, the Chief Minister said that in constituencies where YIIRS have been allotted to girls in the first phase, schools for boys should be sanctioned in the subsequent phase.
