Navi Mumbai, Aug. 19 -- In a bid to provide rightful market access to indigenous products while also promoting national integration, the Central Government has proposed the construction of a Prime Minister Ekta Mall in Maharashtra.
The project will come up in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, with support from the Central Government and implementation by CIDCO on behalf of the State Government.
Under the concept of "Unity in Diversity", Prime Minister Narendra Modi has suggested the establishment of such malls across all states. These malls will showcase and sell unique products from every district of Maharashtra as well as from other states across India.
