New Delhi, Nov. 27 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday highlighted the long-standing issues, and neglect faced by underprivileged families living in the slum settlements of the national capital for decades, alleging that these residents were treated merely as vote banks by previous governments.
