Kuala Lumpur, Feb. 1 -- India will look to successfully defend their title when they face South Africa in the final of the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup 2025 at the Bayuemas Oval here on Sunday.

India, the defending champions, are aiming for their second successive ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup title, having triumphed over England by seven wickets in the 2023 edition held in South Africa.

South Africa, on the other hand, have reached the final for the first time, after bowing out in the group stage of the inaugural edition.

The winner of Sunday's final will become the first team to claim the U19 Women's T20 World Cup title undefeated.
