Ayodhya, March 19 -- President Draupadi Murmu, on the first day of Navratri, paid obeisance to Ram Lalla and then installed the Shri Ram Yantra in the Ram Darbar on the second floor on Thursday.
Prior to that, she toured the Ram Temple complex.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath briefed the President on the construction work related to the temple. The President arrived at Maharishi Valmiki International Airport around 10:30 am. She was welcomed by Governor Anandiben Patel and the Chief Minister along with other ministers and officials.
After spending approximately five hours in Ayodhya, the President will depart for Mathura at 3 pm. In Mathura, she will visit the ISKCON temple and the Prem Mandir. On Friday, she will meet Premananda Maharaj....
