Dehradun, Oct. 22 -- The two-day special session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, scheduled for November 3 and 4 to mark the state's foundation day, is likely to be addressed by President of India, Droupadi Murmu. However, it has not yet been finalized whether the President will attend in person or deliver her address online, as her date of arrival is still undecided.

Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan confirmed President Murmu's address to the special session and said preparations are complete, but the arrival dates of the president are yet to be finalized.
