New Delhi, Jan. 28 -- At the commencement of the Budget session of Parliament, President Droupadi Murmu delivered a robust address emphasising the government's commitment to rural development, employment generation, and national security.

She highlighted the recently enacted Viksit Bharat-G RAM G law as a cornerstone reform promising 125 days of guaranteed employment in rural areas.

"For employment and development in rural areas, Viksit Bharat-G RAM G law has been formed. With this new reform, there will be 125 days of employment guarantees in villages," President Murmu declared, drawing enthusiastic applause from NDA-BJP MPs.
