New Delhi, June 23 -- Describing President Droupadi Murmu as the best example of women-led development in India, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Monday that under her leadership as Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the historic Operation Sindoor was carried out, instilling fear in the minds of terrorists.
