Gumla, Dec. 30 -- President Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday reaffirmed her commitment to realise the long-cherished dream of establishing a University in Gumla district while addressing a public gathering at the two-day inter-state public cultural conclave Kartik Jatra in Raidih block of Jharkhand.
Addressing the gathering, the President said that the vision of setting up a University in Gumla was not only the dream of Pankhraj Saheb Kartik Oraon but also a significant personal goal for her.
