New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- President Droupadi Murmu today stressed the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach for proper application of education and research, describing education as ''true religion, one that will bring happiness and satisfaction.''Speaking at the 20th convocation ceremony of Kumaun University at Nainital, the President stressed the importance of promoting research, innovation and entrepreneurship in the country, an official spokesman said here.
Describing education as the foundation of any nation's development, she said education should not only develop students' intellect and skills but also strengthen their moral strength and character.
