Patna, June 16 -- Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and the Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi on Wednesday alleged that Congress was conspiring to sabotage the vaccination drive and was now trying to create communal tension by flaring up religious feelings about covaxin.
Through his tweet on social media Mr Modi said that the rumour regarding presence of calf blood in vaccine was baseless.
He said that such rumour was being spread by the Congress which was behind firing on 400 sages demonstrating peacefully before the parliament demanding complete ban on cow slaughter in 1966.
