Patna, Aug. 10 -- Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor today re-iterated his corruption charges against Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey and said he was lying on payments made for purchase of ambulance in the state.
Kishor, during his " Bihar Badlao Yatra " in Nalanda district, alleged large scale irregularities had been committed in the purchase of ambulance by the state Health department during Mangal Pandey's tenure as Health Minister.
Pandey claimed that no payment was made against ambulance purchase, but the fact was that Rs 100 crores had already been paid in this connection.
