Patna, Sept. 29 -- Founder of Jan Suraj Prashant Kishor today demanded from Bihar government to immediately dismiss and arrest Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary accused of a murder case.
While talking to the news persons Kishor said here that Samrat Chaudhary was released from the jail in connection with a murder case bearing number 44/1995 related to killing of 7 people belonging to Kushwaha cast in Tarapur in the year 1995 on the plea of being minor for which a document was submitted before the chief judicial magistrate stating his date of birth as May one 1981.
He said that, however, in his affidavit submitted before the election commission in 2020 Chaudhary declared his age as 51 according to which he would have been 26 years old...
