Hubballi/Mangaluru, July 13 -- Union Minister Pralhad Joshi today alleged that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar are indulging in "horse-trading" for political dominance, using financial muscle to consolidate support within their party. "Both Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar are involved in horse-trading to consolidate their positions within the party," Joshi told reporters.
