Hyderabad, Dec. 19 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Friday said that Praja Vani is a unique public grievance redressal programme not being implemented anywhere else in the country and termed the resolution of 74 per cent of grievances as a major achievement.

Addressing the second anniversary meeting of Praja Vani at Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan as the chief guest, the Deputy Chief Minister said the initiative was a revolutionary decision collectively taken by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and the Cabinet, reaffirming that governance is meant solely for the people.
