New Delhi, June 7 -- The Minister of State of Culture & Tourism, Prahlad Singh Patel on Friday inaugurated the exhibition titled 'Unknown Masterpieces of Himachal Folk Art', at National Museum, here.
The event was graced by Akhilesh Mishra, Director General, ICCR, B N Aryan, Director, Home of Tribal Folk Art, Gurugram among other dignitaries.
Inaugurating the exhibition, Mr Patel said that Folk Art and Folk Culture is integral to the survival of any society and that under the guidance and leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, his Ministry will strive to preserve and promote the same.
