Jammu, Jan. 5 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, on Monday said that PRAGATI has emerged as a major coordination mechanism of the Government of India for monitoring large infrastructure projects, flagship schemes and public grievance redressal, with projects being reviewed in real time every month by the Prime Minister.
Dulloo highlighted the pivotal role of the ICT-enabled multi-modal platform, PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation) in accelerating infrastructure development and improving governance outcomes in the union Territory.
