Bhubaneswar, Feb. 24 -- Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has urged union Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to organise a grand national-level commemoration programme in New Delhi to mark the historic occasion of the birth centenary of India's youngest martyr, Baji Rout.
In a letter addressed to the Culture Minister, Pradhan emphasised the need to commemorate the immense bravery and supreme sacrifice of Baji Rout in a manner befitting his legacy.
