Hyderabad, Dec. 9 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Tuesday underscored the critical role of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in driving Telangana's economic transformation, stating that the state cannot achieve its USD 3 trillion vision without robust private-sector collaboration.

Speaking as the chief guest at the panel discussion on "Innovative PPPs: Harnessing Private Capital Towards Public Goods" at the Telangana Rising Global Summit, he said PPPs will be the backbone of development across Telangana's CURE (Core Urban), PURE (Peri-Urban), and RARE (Rural Agri) zones.
