Chandigarh, Sept. 23 -- In a significant development for Haryana Congress, former minister Rao Narendra Singh from Narnaul could be appointed as the next state president.
Sources indicate that he has been summoned to Delhi and invited to the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Bihar tomorrow. Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has also been invited to the same meeting. Notably, neither Hooda nor Rao Narendra is a CWC member, making the invitations noteworthy.
