Guwahati, Dec. 9 -- As American rockstar Post Malone is all set to enthrall the audience in Guwahati, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that the concert will give a new identity to Assam as a platform for global artiste.
The Chief Minister said this while interacting with newsmen ahead of the Malone's concert at the Veterinary College ground here.
"Guwahati has never held an international concert before. This is for the first time that we are organizing such an event in Assam. This will go a long way in promoting as the venue for cultural tourism as well as as a platform for global artiste," the Chief Minister said.
