Mumbai, Nov. 30 -- India Against Corruption (IAC) national president and OBC leader Hemant Patil said here on Saturday that the Mahyuti government has been functioning smoothly, but differences have now surfaced among the alliance partners over the upcoming local self-government elections. Because of this, new political equations may emerge.
