Hyderabad, Oct. 8 -- Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar on Wednesday clarified that his recent remarks had been misinterpreted and reaffirmed his long-standing friendship with SC & ST Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar, describing him as "like a brother."In a statement, Ponnam said the two leaders have shared a close bond within the Congress party for over three decades - a relationship that goes beyond politics.
