Chennai, Sept. 23 -- A final year MBA student of Pondicherry University B. Gautamhas been honoured with the Rashtrapati Scout Award, the highest recognition in theBharat Scouts and Guides movement.
The award was conferred by union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Dr MansukhMandaviya at a grand ceremony in New Delhi, a PIB release said here today.
Prof P. Prakash Babu, Vice-Chancellor, Pondicherry University congratulated thestudent for his remarkable achievement.
The Rashtrapati Scout Award is presented to Scouts who demonstrate exceptionalcommitment to leadership, discipline, and community service.
