Puducherry, Jan. 18 -- Puducherry legislative assembly on Monday condoled the death of former President Pranab Mukherjee and former Puducherry Lt.Governor Chandravathi.
The house also condoled the death of former Puducherry Ministers Joseph Mariodoss, Elumalai, Ex-legislators Dr M A S Subramanian, V Bhalan and Annamalai Reddiyar, Puducherry BJP legislator K G Shankar, who died on Sunday, Lok Sabha member from Tamil Nadu H Vasanthakumar and playback singer S P Balasubramaniam.
The house was adjourned for ten minutes as a mark of respect to the departed souls.
