Shimla, May 19 -- Polling began for the four Parliamentary constituencies of Himachal Pradesh in 7730 polling booth to decide the fate of 45 candidates for first and last leg of Lok Sabha election in the hill state, Senior Officer of Election Commission said. Talking to UNI, Chief Electroal Officer Mr Devesh Kumar said that baring few minor snags in the Electronic Voting Machines polling began for four Parliamentary Constituency namely Kangra, Hamirpur, Mandi and Shimla reserve as per the election schedule at 0700hrs. Due to cold and inclement weather in some parts of state the turn out was slow in the early hours.
