Mumbai, April 4 -- Rohit Sharma has had a patchy record so far in the Indian Premier League in the first three fixtures.

The Indian skipper has scored 21 runs from three innings with a highest score of 13.

However, Mumbai Indians batting coach Kieron Pollard backs the Indian talisman to return to his run-scoring best.

"I've played alongside Rohit since Under-19 cricket and he has forged his name and etched his name in history in the record books, in different situations, different formats of the game," Pollard said..
