Lucknow, Oct. 1 -- The Mohanlalganj police claim to have cracked a case involving the death of a 14-year-old boy, who was allegedly driven to suicide after being blackmailed and defrauded in an online gaming scam.
One suspect has been arrested from Jharkhand, while a minor has also been apprehended in connection with the case.
DCP South Nipurn Agarwal briefed the media on Wednesday about the developments.
The incident occurred in Dhanwasad village under the Mohanlalganj police station area, where Yash Kumar Yadav, a 13-year-old student of Class 6, died by suicide on September 15.
Initial investigations revealed that Yash had lost Rs 14 lakh in an online gaming platform, reportedly transferring the amount from his father's bank account....
