On credible information, police arrested Prathipati Prem Chandu, hailing from West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh when he was attempting to deliver counterfeit notes in Hyderabad.
According to police, Prem Chandu came into contact with a person named Rakesh, a resident of Pune, Maharashtra, who introduced him to the idea of making easy money by circulating fake currency. Prem Chandu agreed to deliver the forged notes to parties in Hyderabad for a commission.
