Srinagar, March 30 -- Police in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir have registered an FIR against a constable of the Border Security Force (BSF) after the recovery of approximately 2.3 kilograms of suspected contraband substance from his quarter in Humhama.
The FIR was registered on Sunday at Police Station Budgam under Sections 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act following a formal complaint lodged by BSF Kashmir Frontier Headquarters, Humhama.
