Mumbai, Nov. 25 -- The Mumbai Police Anti-Narcotics Cell on Tuesday questioned Bollywood actor Siddhanth Kapoor in connection with a Rs 252 crore narcotics case.

Kapoor, who has played the lead role in a film based upon underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's sister ''Haseena Parkar'' was summoned after his name cropped up during interrogation of alleged narcotics supplier, Mohammad Salim Shaikh alias Lavish, who was recently deported from Dubai.

"We had summoned Siddhanth, following which he appeared before us on Tuesday morning. have questioned him and recorded his statement and asked him to go home on the condition that he should make himself available to us, as and when required," an officer said.
