Srinagar, Nov. 8 -- In a major counter-terror operation, police in Kulgam and Sopore have launched simultaneous crackdowns to dismantle terror networks and subversive ecosystems. These operations focus on targeting overground workers (OGWs) and individuals linked to terrorist handlers operating from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
In Kulgam, located in south Kashmir, the police acted on specific intelligence inputs and carried out multiple Cordon and Search Operations (CASOs) across several areas of the district.
