Police foil JKCDF march to CM house in Srinagar
Srinagar, March 10 -- Police on Monday foiled a march of Jammu and Kashmir Casual and Daily Wagers Form (JKCDF) to Chief Minister's house at Gupkar Road by detaining several members in Srinagar.
The JKCDF protestors assembled at Jal Shakti lawns here and were supposed to take out a procession up to the Chief Minister house at Gupkar Road to press their demands including regularisation of their jobs.
However, police swung into action and foiled their attempt to move forward from the Jal Shakti office at Exchange road.
