Srinagar, March 7 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police have booked two infamous drug peddlers under the Illicit Traffic in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (PIT-NDPS) Act in Srinagar.
The notorious drug peddlers identified as Hazim Bashir Bazaz aka Zahid resident of Housing Colony Chanapora Srinagar and Momin Mehraj Bazaz of Syedpora Eidgah have been lodged in district jail Udhampur, Police said.
The duo were booked under the PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining the formal detention orders from Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir on the basis of dossiers prepared by Srinagar police against them.
