Solan, Sept. 6 -- District Magistrate and Chairman of District Disaster Management Authority Solan, Manmohan Sharma today issued orders in view of the increasing number of pilgrims visiting religious places and their safety.
According to the orders, details of all pilgrims travelling from the district will be collected at the Gram Panchayat and the concerned police station and information regarding the number of pilgrims will have to be shared with the concerned sub-divisional administration within the stipulated time period.
According to the orders, for the convenience of pilgrims, bus operators and other stakeholders, a form will be prepared within a week by the District Information Officer, NIC Solan.
