New Delhi, Sept. 21 -- A special PMLA court in Delhi has taken cognisance of a supplementary charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and issued summons to three additional accused in the high-profile 'Land for Jobs' scam case involving former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family.
The court has directed the three individuals to appear before it. The accused are alleged to have transferred land to relatives of Lalu Prasad Yadav in exchange for securing jobs in the Indian Railways.
