New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday warned that the "conspirators" behind the car explosion in Delhi "won't be spared," even as investigating agencies, including the elite NIA, pieced together crucial details to identify those responsible.
"Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy. The conspirators behind this will not be spared.
