New Delhi, Jan. 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in 'Omkar Mantra' chanting at Somnath temple in Gujarat on Saturday. 'The omkar' mantra will be chanted continuously for 72 hours in the temple complex.

He will also watch a drone show at the temple, sources said.

"The prime minister will take part in the Shaurya Yatra, a ceremonial procession which has been organised to remember the warriors who died while defending the temple. The Shaurya Yatra will feature a symbolic procession of 108 horses, representing valor and sacrifice," a party official said.

Modi will offer prayers at the Somnath temple at approximately 10:15 am on Sunday, and then participate in a public event organized to mark the 'Somnath Swabhiman Parv'. ...
