New Delhi, Sept. 21 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a day-long visit to Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura tomorrow, where he is scheduled to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for a host of development initiatives collectively worth over Rs 5,100 crore.
The visit comes close on the heels of the Prime Minister inaugurating a series of multipurpose projects across Assam, Manipur, and Mizoram on September 14, reaffirming the Centre's strategic thrust on infrastructure, connectivity, and cultural revitalisation in the Northeast.
