Lucknow, Sept. 26 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to launch Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)'s 4G service from Odisha tomorrow.

The nationwide rollout of the BSNL 4G service will extend communication networks to 240 villages in Uttar Pradesh. These villages currently lack mobile phone connectivity from any telecom company.

Speaking at a press conference here today, AK Garg, Chief General Manager, BSNL (Eastern Circle), confirmed that BSNL's 4G service will be launched for the first time tomorrow.

Garg stated that approximately 97,500 sites have been installed across the country. Additionally, 18,900 sites are being covered under the BPN network.
