New Delhi, June 27 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the centenary celebrations of Acharya Shri 108 Vidyanand Ji Maharaj, one of modern India's most revered Jain spiritual leaders, at a formal ceremony in the national capital tomorrow.
Organised by the Ministry of Culture in association with the Bhagwan Mahaveer Ahimsa Bharti Trust, the programme marks the commencement of a year-long national tribute to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of the Acharya - a renowned scholar, philosopher, and social reformer, according to a government statement here.
